Together, we have driven crime in New York down to the lowest levels recorded in modern history. Simply put, the millionswholive,work,andvisithereowemuchtothePoliceFoundationsunwavering commitment to public safety.The Foundation makes so much of the NYPDs work possible, including the International Liaison Program, the Community Partner Program, our enhanced in-service training, and more. There is no doubt that 2019 will be anotheryear of historic gains in our relentless fight against crime and terrorism. And, as we complete the NYPDs full conversion to Neighborhood Policing this year, we will ensure that all the people we serve not only are safebut that they feel safe, too.
